These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the KURSSEL website accessible at www.kurssel.com. By placing an order on our website, you fully and completely accept these GTC.

2. Products
Our products are presented as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may exist (colours, dimensions, etc.).
3. Prices and currencies
The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€), pounds sterling (£) and Swiss francs (CHF), including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
The currency displayed depends on the customer's location or choice on the website.
Invoicing is carried out in the currency selected at the time of ordering.
Delivery costs and applicable taxes are indicated before the order is confirmed.
KURSSEL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of ordering.
Sales to Switzerland:
All prices listed for Switzerland include applicable VAT, shipping costs, and any customs duties and import taxes.
No additional charges will be billed to the customer upon delivery.
Sales to the United Kingdom:
Since 1 January 2021, orders to the United Kingdom are considered exports.
For orders under £135, UK VAT may be collected at checkout.
For orders over £135, customs duties and VAT may be charged upon importation and remain the responsibility of the customer.
KURSSEL is not responsible for any delays related to customs clearance.
4. Ordering
The customer places their order online via the KURSSEL website.
All orders imply acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
KURSSEL will confirm the order by email after payment has been validated.
KURSSEL reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of suspected fraud or non-payment.
5. Payment
Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or any other means of payment indicated on the website.
The order will be validated after full payment has been received.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified when placing the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Deliveries in Switzerland:
Shipments may be subject to customs formalities.
KURSSEL is not responsible for delays related to customs clearance.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

8. Legal guarantees
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, videos, etc.) is the exclusive property of KURSSEL or its partners and is protected by French and European intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, use or distribution without authorisation is prohibited.
10. Liability
KURSSEL shall not be held liable for:
damage resulting from misuse of the product,
delays attributable to the carrier or customs,
cases of force majeure.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer undertakes to seek an amicable solution with KURSSEL before taking any legal action.
12. Jurisdiction and applicable language
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as any separate agreement by which we provide you with Services, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law.
Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district where My Store has its registered office, namely Paris, France.
Only the English version of these Terms and Conditions and any official document shall be deemed authentic in the event of a claim, proceeding or dispute.
Any translation into another language is provided for information purposes only and has no legal value.
