For any requests outside these regions, please send us a contact form before placing your order, specifying the items you are interested in (size, quantity, color). We will confirm whether delivery is possible and provide you with the shipping costs. Orders placed with a delivery address outside our standard delivery areas without prior confirmation may be canceled and refunded.

Returns within the European Union, Switzerland, and the UK

You may return your product within 14 calendar days. We do not provide return labels. If you wish to return your product or exchange it for a different size, please contact admin@kurssel.com (if applicable). You are responsible for the shipping costs.
