Shipping policy

Delivery

We only deliver to customers located in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

For any requests outside these regions, please send us a contact form here before placing your order, specifying the items you are interested in (size, quantity, colour). We will confirm whether delivery is possible and provide you with the shipping costs. Orders placed with a delivery address outside our standard delivery areas without prior confirmation may be cancelled and refunded.

The legal right of withdrawal of 14 days applies only to customers residing in the EU and the United Kingdom. In Switzerland, returns are accepted in accordance with our policy. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that if you order outside the EU, you will be required to pay variable charges such as taxes or customs duties. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
